  I went in to take care of some important banking for the death of my family member. I was sitting with a banker, and the manager brings in 4 employees and has a meeting right next to me. I couldn't hear the banker, he didn't say a word . I looked at the manager and she continued to laugh and joke with the staff. She was talking like they were her kids. I'll be changing backs to a more serious bank. What a joke.

  This Branch is a joke. The branch manager is Marlene Ruiz and she does not have the slightest clue when it comes to customer service. I am a long time customer of Wells fargo, and this it the worst service I have ever experienced. Others need to speak up as well.
